Every pro on the roster has an active state license (where required) and current general liability insurance. We verify on onboarding and re-verify annually.
- Reference & work history checks
We call references, review recent work, and where possible run trial jobs before adding a pro to active dispatch.
- Ongoing quality review
Every job gets photo documentation and a customer follow-up. If the numbers don't add up, the pro doesn't stay on the roster.
- Portfolio-tested
Our roster works on Columbia Ridge Management properties too. If we would not send them to our own owners, we would not send them to you.
