Columbia Ridge Services is the sister company of Columbia Ridge Management, a Cincinnati property management firm that spends every week finding, vetting, and — when needed — firing contractors on behalf of its owners. We built the roster we wished existed, and opened it up to homeowners and small landlords across Greater Cincinnati.
Why we exist

How we vet a pro
- License & insurance verification
Every pro on the roster carries current general liability insurance and an active state license where Ohio requires one. We verify at onboarding and when certificates renew.
- Reference & work history checks
We call references, review recent work, and where possible run trial jobs before adding a pro to active dispatch.
- Ongoing quality review
Every job gets photo documentation and a customer follow-up. If the work doesn't hold up, the pro doesn't stay on the roster.
- Portfolio-tested
Our roster works on Columbia Ridge Management properties too. If we would not send them to our own owners, we would not send them to you.
