What we collect
When you submit a service request we collect your name, mobile number, email address, service address and ZIP, the type of issue, your description and any photos or video you upload, your preferred appointment windows, whether the request is urgent, and — if you opt in — your SMS consent and the time you gave it.
How we use it
We use your information only to schedule, perform, document, and bill the service you requested: matching you with a vetted pro, confirming your appointment window, sending updates about the visit, and issuing your invoice.
SMS consent and phone numbers
SMS consent and phone numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. SMS consent is used solely to message you about your own service request. Who we share information with
We share the minimum necessary job details with the licensed pro assigned to your visit, and with service providers who help us operate — payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and messaging. These providers may only use the information to perform work for us. We may disclose information when required by law.
Photos and media
Photos and video you upload are used to diagnose the problem, brief the pro, and document the work. They are stored with your job record and are not published or used in marketing without your permission.
Retention
We keep job records for as long as needed to service warranties, resolve disputes, and meet accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can decline SMS at booking, reply STOP to any text, or unsubscribe from email at any time. To review, correct, or delete your information, email info@columbiaridgeservices.com.
