The details, upfront.
Booking, pricing, emergencies, and what happens if a job doesn’t go well.
How does booking work?
You fill out a short form: what's the problem, photos if you have them, your address and contact info, and a few appointment windows that work for you. Nothing is charged at booking. A Cincinnati dispatcher confirms one window with you by email (or text, if you opt in) and matches a vetted pro. The service call fee is billed after the job is complete.
What does the service call fee cover?
It covers dispatch of a vetted, insured pro and their on-site diagnosis. Nothing is charged when you book — the fee is billed after the job is complete and applied toward the total cost of the work, not added on top.
How much is the service call fee?
A standard service call is $22.50. An emergency (24/7 dispatch) call is $50.00, on the services where emergency dispatch is offered. Some services — including gutter cleaning, lawn care, and handyman work — are scheduled at standard rates only. The fee is billed after the work is done and applied toward the total.
How do you handle emergencies?
For active leaks, sewer backups, no water, no heat, or a failed water heater — call (513) 394-6335, or submit the booking form and mark the request as an emergency. Emergency requests go to the front of the queue and are dispatched as soon as a pro is available, including after hours.
How much will the actual work cost?
The pro diagnoses on-site and gives you a quote before any work begins. The service call fee is applied toward that quote.
Are your pros licensed and insured?
Yes. Every pro on our roster is vetted, licensed where Ohio requires it (plumbing, HVAC, and electrical are licensed trades), and carries current general liability insurance. We verify at onboarding and when certificates renew.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Call (513) 394-6335 or email info@columbiaridgeservices.com. Billing runs through Columbia Ridge, not the pro, so you deal with one accountable company. If something isn't right, we make it right — and a pro who can't perform comes off the roster.
Do you offer maintenance for landlords?
Yes — see our landlord maintenance page. We handle tenant coordination, per-visit spending caps, and itemized invoices with photos.
What trades do you cover?
Plumbing (including water heaters), HVAC, electrical, roofing, gutter cleaning, lawn care, and general handyman work — all through the same request and the same vetted roster.
Where do you work?
Cincinnati, its suburbs, and Northern Kentucky. Not sure about your address? Book anyway — a dispatcher checks it and tells you before anyone is sent out, and there is no charge if you are out of range.
